We are the leading Lloyd's underwriter offering protection for Householders on both buildings and/or contents (both of a standard and non-standard nature), mainly in the UK and Republic of Ireland. We also provide insurance for European Holiday Homes.

This business is written through delegated authorities granted to building societies, lenders, affinity groups, Lloyd's brokers and other dedicated personal lines intermediaries, with whom we work closely to provide products appropriate to their distribution channels and customer requirements.

Our experience in this class is demonstrated by our track record. Many of our major business partners have been placing business with us for over ten years, and some in excess of twenty years. We focus on our core areas of expertise and pride ourselves on our flexibility and service, combined with sound underwriting judgement in developing products tailored to the needs of our clients. We are the lead underwriter for over 90% of the business we underwrite and the largest proportion of our book is written 100%.
