At Canopius we are proud to be members of the Women in Finance Charter and believe that a balanced and diverse workforce is good for business.
When we signed up to the Charter, our target was 35% by 31st December 2025.

During 2025, we continued to build momentum on our commitment to improving gender balance in senior management. We are pleased to confirm that by the end of the year we met our Women in Finance Charter target, with 35.1% women in senior management positions.
This milestone reflects the sustained effort across recruitment, succession planning, and career development, as well as diversity data analysis to help us identify gaps and measure progress. Having achieved our target, our focus now is on sustaining and building on this progress. We recognise that meeting a target is not the end point, and we remain committed to creating a culture where our colleagues can thrive at every level.
