Canopius continues to build cyber capability with underwriter appointment

Chicago – 30th September 2020 – Canopius Group today announces the appointment of Stephen Quintana as Vice President, U.S. Cyber & Technology, effective immediately. He will be based in the company’s Chicago office and report to Jenny Soubra, U.S. Head of Cyber and Technology.

Quintana joins Canopius from Marsh JLT Specialty, where he most recently served as Vice President of Professional Liability, Cyber Liability and Technology E&O insurance. In this role, he was responsible for providing a full range of advisory and placement services for multinational clients with complex cyber, technology and services risks. Prior to this, he was a Senior Broker for Cyber and Professional Liability insurance at Aon Risk Solutions.

In his new role at Canopius, Quintana will support and establish relationships with brokers across the U.S., with a focus on cyber liability, technology errors and omissions, and media liability.
