Jess joined Canopius in June 2025 as Head of Human Resources, UK, and is also part of the UK Exco Committee. Jess is responsible for leading the HR business partnering and talent acquisition functions to drive the people strategy within the UK regional business unit. Jess has significant HR experience predominantly gained within the financial services industry including Castleton Commodities International, HSBC, Santander, and DWF LLP. Throughout Jess’ professional HR career, she has been responsible for delivering strategic HR leadership and business partnering support across UK and European markets, delivering large-scale organisational change, strategic talent development and driving employee engagement and organisational culture initiatives.
