We continue to operate seamlessly, offering new business and renewal quotes, and handling claims promptly and fairly. Where we rely on third party service providers, we have done all we can to make sure they are also able to service our policyholders without any significant disruption.
Insurance regulators in various US jurisdictions have issued guidance to insurers to support policyholders who are facing challenging circumstances during this time. We are fully committed to treating all our policyholders fairly and complying with all applicable regulatory requirements. This includes actions such as extending premium grace periods, waiving late payment fees and offering moratoriums on cancellations for non-payment. Where appropriate, we will also consider deferring non-renewal underwriting actions and/or providing continuation of coverage for an expiring policy.
