Approach to Work

We want to create a stimulating office environment with Activity-Based Working at its core, which we see as the physical manifestation of our guiding principle of managing by outcomes, not presenteeism. Also, we recognise that recent events have had a profound impact on ways of working, so we will ensure that while our office continues to be our primary location, Canopius is technologically enabled to work from anywhere. We are committed to offering our employees a flexible, modern working space and we will be moving to our new home at 22 Bishopsgate in 2021, on budget.

We are committed to regulatory stewardship which is highly regarded by regulators. Internally, we continue to manage a risk management function that contributes meaningful business insights, and that we are able to provide independent quality assurance through an engaged internal audit function.
